Dato' Mustaffa bin Hj Abdul Rahman, founded AMP Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd or widely known as AMCOP, on 22nd September 1997. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering.

He has more than 24 years of working experience in various fields in management positions, electronic engineering, marketing, project management and finance. His last position before starting AMP Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd was the General Manager of SCM Integrated System Sdn Bhd that carried out the Radar project for the Government of Malaysia. In 1998, AMP Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd obtained the MSSS Maintenance Contract from the Government of Malaysia.

Tuan Hj Mohd Rozi b Abdul Kadir

Chief Operating Officer

Tuan Hj Mohd Rozi b Abdul Kadir, is the co-founder of AMP Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering.

He has more than 20 years of working experience in the field of defense and electronics surveillance. His last position before starting AMCOP was the Engineering Manager with SCM Integrated System Sdn Bhd. Prior to this, he was the Electrical Engineer with the Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR). He was involved in research, planning and program specification for the 'Electromagnetic Project' with the Ministry of Defense (MINDEF).
